Meraki MQTT Broker Server is not running

Hi, I want to get "location data" from acces points using Meraki Mqtt broker.
I set up a local mosquito mqtt server. In port 1883. I opened it outside with Ngrok.

I'm watching with mqtt explorer but no data is coming. What am I doing wrong? can you help?

Look at this:

https://developer.cisco.com/meraki/mv-sense/#!mqtt/mqtt-messages

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

Please, if this post was useful, leave your kudos and mark it as solved.

It's been a while since I did some MQTT ... when I did it, MQTT ran between the device and the MQTT broker ... over the local LAN.  It did not run over the Internet.

Have you tried entering the private IP address of your MQTT broker?

Are you using a platform running a firewall on your MQTT broker - and the firewall is blocking the traffic?
