Meraki App Marketplace Support

Hi, I'm not sure if this is the approrpriate place to ask this or not. I work with an org who has the MV line and is trying to deploy Plate Recognizer from the marketplace, for some reason we're having odd issues but are not able to get support from them. 

 

Is there any sort of Meraki resource we can reach out to who can ping Plate Recognizer on our behalf for some assistance?

I've only had a great experience with them.  I wonder if they are struggling with COVID.

When you have done so, please let me know.  From talking to Plate Rec, they have not seen an inquiry come in under McCombsIT.

Hi all,

 

I apologize it has been radio silence on my end. I have since touched base with the department working through this and they have gotten the information they needed from plate recognizer. 

 

Thank you all for the generous assistance! The other forums I have posted on do not seem to care the same way I have seen the Meraki community care.
