Get Network Usage

I would like to retrieve all network usage as shown from the dashboard ( Organization -> Overview -> Network )

I have not seen any API Call that gets that info. Am I right ?

Correct.  You would need to collect the statistics yourself using NetFlow (or possibly syslog) and calculate it yourself.
