Get Meraki Dashboard network->configure->Users list using API

hi , is there method or scope to get Users list from this location network->configure->Users

this is registered Meraki Radius wi-fi users and VPN users list

You just can Get the Client status list.

Clients list returning users which were connected to the network , for some period, 30 days as i remember, it does not satisfy my requirements

my script is removing users from Meraki dashboard who is deactivated in my google workspace.

if i could get the users list , i would be compare google and meraki lists and ,it would speed up my work
