Copy Organization Settings

I'm creating a PS script, and I'm wondering if there is a way to copy settings from an existing organization, i.e. administrators, when creating new organizations.  I don't want to "create new admins" when we already exist.  For instance, if creating a new Org in the dashboard it prompts if you want to copy settings from another Org.  Is it possible to script that?

You can clone an Org through the API, so that would be the best way to script it.

I saw that on the API doc site after I posted this.  So that will work for now.
