When pulling log files(events) from the API v1, my loop stops regularly with this error. 
Does anyone know what causes it, and how i can prevent it? 
I don't exceed the rate limit.

I usually add some backoff and retry logic around API calls that retrieve information, to cope with transient errors.

We pull a lot of data from different orchestrators including Dashboard, as these errors occur fairly often (at the volumes we operate at).

If it used to be ok, but the issue is new and persists, consider opening a case with support.
