Confusion in Meraki documentation (mb)

In Some API documentation it is specified that the data is in mb(small letter mb). I would like to understand, what is it representing - Mega Bytes or Mega Bits.

The equivalent call for devices says megabytes' in the description...

From the context I'd assume 'mb' means megabytes.
