One of our prospect partner is trying to utilise EXCAP API to use his current Splash page. While using the Logout URL they mentioned
- On Mobile Devices, the device doesn't logout at all.
- On Laptops, the device logs out but continues to surf the internet for 2-3 minutes before the actual logout occurs.
Have you ever faced such a problem before?
