BLE Loyalty Card

I'm looking for a BLE device that could be used for a loyalty card (that ideally we can pick up with MR33 access points).

Does anyone have something they would care to recommend?

Customers can hang this to their keychains and perhaps you can have it branded with the logo on it you want? 

There are a few kickstarter projects on BLE card with the size of a VISA but haven't read much good about it.
