Assistance Required for Using UniFi Captive Portal with Meraki

Meraki clients are redirected to the UniFi portal, but the captive portal page does not load properly.

So far, I have confirmed that routing and connectivity between the Meraki network and the UniFi Controller are working fine. However, the landing/voucher page from UniFi does not appear when guests connect.

Could you please guide me on the correct configuration steps or any specific requirements (such as HTTPS redirection, firewall rules, or IP whitelisting) that I need to apply in Meraki to make the UniFi captive portal

Okay, just to confirm, you're using Meraki APs, right?

You need to enable everything related to the Unifi Portal on Walled Gerden.

Also, try disabling the device's random MAC address.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

Please, if this post was useful, leave your kudos and mark it as solved.

Did you know that Meraki WiFi has a built in coupon system?

The most common deployment I do is the "fast pre-paid", because it doesn't require the billing engine.  You can use coupon codes without needing anything else.
