There's a roundabout way you can get some of what you are after...
i) you can get PoE usage for all the ports on a switch (in watt hours for the specified timespan) with get /devices/{serial}/switchPortStatuses
ii) you can get the switch model name, then use a lookup table to find the PoE power budget for the switch
Doesn't help you with number of power supplies, but it will give you PoE usage and budget
