View all clients with policy

on the old version of the network-wide/clients page, it was possible to view all the clients that had a policy, including those I had registered manually and that had never connected to the network. With the new version, if I display the clients that have a policy, I don't see the clients that had never connected to the network.

How can I display all the clients I've set up manually in the new version?

Try including offline clients in your filter.
