Still waiting for a simple config change to take effect....10 mins later....

Still waiting for a simple config change to take effect....10 mins later.  This is pathetic and makes troubleshooting a real drag, to put it politely.

Are you waiting for that device page to auto-update because I don't think they do. I think you need to go back to the device list and click on it again and see if the config changes status. Otherwise I think that timer just keep going up.

No, but that's an annoying and possibly related design flaw too.  I was refreshing the page but also watching packets get denied in syslog for 10 mins after the change. It actually took that long for the change to be processed. 

I typically find changes happen within 30s, but very ocassionally you get issues like this where it takes ages for the changes to take affect.
