SSID not Showing in Dashboard Overview

I want to ask why my main ssid dahsboard does not appear and reads 0 while the second ssid reads
please help and advice is there something wrong?

Can you please verify the info on the floor where we are broadcasting SSID ?

you can see what name the portal is dispalying for SSID that seen as Zero in your screenshot

This happens when I try to use the new version of the dashboard, if using the old one the SSID name still appears as usual

With old dashboard SSID name appear fine ? If yes , I would request you to raise ticket wih Meraki. I have seen a lot of issue with new version.

yes, it is true that if you go back to the old version, the SSID name is still appropriate, if you try to go to the new dashboard, the SSID name becomes 0, the previous SSID name is not detected.
