Recover Dashboard Admin

My client has fallen out with previous service provider who managed their dashboard. they don't have access to the dashboard and old provider is not willing to share access. is there away of recovering this access ?

I have the devices serial numbers.

This is more an operational/legal problem than a technical one. If your provider is owner, then it's their right to keep the access. If you are the legal owner, a friendly reminder from your lawyer could help.

Unfortunately, there is no way to recover the access. You will have to get the old provider to remove the devices from their dashboard so you can claim them into your own. Support cannot assist in this due to our policy so you may have to get some legal assistance.
