Need to separate a network into another dashboard - Company Sale

We own several companies and have them setup in a single dashboard as different networks.  We are selling off one of the companies that has 2 of the networks so we need to give these two networks to the new company.

I know the receiving company will have to purchase licenses for the hardware and will have to create their own dashboard first, but how do I transfer the networks over to them without having to have the receiving company reconfigure everything?

Support has the ability to split an existing network out of an Org into a new org. This sounds like it could be what you need. It's called an Org Split. 

Note, it must be a new org created at the time of the split. You cannot move a network from one Org to another, existing Org. 

After the split is done just add them as Org admins, and then they can remove you from Org admin.
