Meraki MFA with MSP

Hello All,

I work with a Meraki MSP and we have recently deployed MFA so our staff can jump on different organizations and work on support issues through MFA portal. A few of the customers have asked us to give them read-only access. My question: is there a way to give them read-only access without going through our MFA using local accounts on the portal or we must create read-only accounts on our AD and then set them with our MFA to gain access?

many thanks,

Ray

They should be able to configure Cisco Secure-X (free!).  It can use Cisco CCO accounts or integrate with other things like Office 365.

You can then create a "local" Administrator in the Meraki dashboard and specify they must use Cisco Secure-X.

Another option is you can have multiple SAML providers configured at the same time.  If they use Office 365 (and MFA with office 365) they could use that for authentication.

The other option would be, to have Local Dashboard accounts.. isn't it? I think local Dashboard accounts are allowed regardless other authentication options are enabled for the organization.
