Meraki Devices doesn't appear on Dashboard

I'm using both MS120-8LP and MG21, and even though for example the MS120 connects to the cloud, the device doesn't seem to appear on the dashboard, i already checked the inventory and checked in other networks but it doesn't appear, i'm not sure if there's a step i'm skipping but i never had an issue like this before.

Did you also claim the devices serial numbers into your inventory on the Dashboard?

As mentioned above - you have to claim the device in the Dashboard:

https://documentation.meraki.com/General_Administration/Inventory_and_Devices/Using_the_Organization...

You can do this using the serial number(s), but it's generally better to claim using an order number, if you can, as this claims both the devices (all the serial numbers) and any license key ordered concurrently, in one go.

You may find, if you've claimed an individual serial number separately, you're unable to claim the order number later, so I'd get in the habit of claiming by order number, as soon as you know it.   Serial numbers (and license keys) are always of the format xxxx-xxxx-xxxx, where the xs are alphanumerics.     Order numbers are shorter and contain no hyphens.

I did try that, last time i checked the inventory i though i mistaken the serial number, however it was those devices specifically that i couldn't see in the inventory

You need to do so by going to Organization > Inventory > Claim and enter the serial number of both devices.

Once that is done, add them to the networks you want.
