Meraki Data Connector in Sentinel

Hi,

Currently trying to connect the REST API data connector. Have the Ord ID and API Key but when I hit connect within Sentinel the deployment just starts and does nothing.

Any hints?

Many thanks,

Tim

Have you checked to see if there are any rules that could be blocking the firewall? And what about the logs, have you checked to see if there are any errors?

Take a look at this discussion, maybe it can help you.

Getting the following error now:

In your place I would confirm that API access is enabled in Meraki, that the API key and organization ID are correct and also test the API manually to isolate the problem.

Is there a separate step to enable API access, or is that done once a key is generated?
