Hi Community!!

 

We need your help us.

 

We have the next situation:

for example, the end-user was trying to claim to MS225-48-FP-3YR, but when he tries to do this process. On the dashboard is not appear this device does not take the license.

because another renewal claim was done after. the second renewal (ending is 2CF4) didn't include a MS225-48FP and therefore it got eliminated.

 

this looks like the wrong process was followed when claiming licenses. you'll need to open a support case and see if they can help fix your licensing.
