License key - Does it contain serial numbers of devices?

Hi there

Ive been informed that the license key we use for our company contain the device information we would have purchased at the same time and that I dont have to add the devices separatley to the dashboard - Is that correct?

Just trying to work out why I dont have to enter the devices sparateley - so that info is is the order number then, not the license key?

I try to always claim/add by the order number.  Then it adds the devices and the licenses at the same time.

Organization>Inventory then there should be a 'Claim' button on the right hand side.
