How to prevent inter-site communication with Firewall function with MX64

Let me know the effective way to deal with this problem.

I wanna prevent communication between two locations under MX64 by using the Firewall function.
The Deny policy is enabled, but communication is still possible.

I cannot understand the reason for this.

I want an expert opinion.

In the image, the word "すべて" is the same as "all".

The rules you've got there should.

How are you testing? When you add a firewall rule in the MX, any existing traffic flows will remain working but any new ones will be blocked.

After the policy is set,ping tests are performed from each PC.

However, I cannot stop ICMP communication from each location.
