How to move Duo authentication account from one mobile to another?

Hi,

I'm using Duo account for Two-factor authentication to Meraki dashboard and I need to move it to another mobile, but I can't figure out how to do it in My Profile in Meraki dashboard.

Should I just delete Duo account on my current mobile? Will it automatically recognize that and give me option to set up new Two-factor authentication with new mobile?

You don't need to delete the Duo account on your current phone, just add the new slide.

In fact, I don't think this would even be a question for the Meraki community. See this guide.

If you're logged in you can go to your profile, disable 2FA, then reenable it and it will show a new QR code to scan in your Duo app.
