You can logically group networks with network tags. They're somewhat useful by themselves but are especially person when played with the API

A single Dashboard Organization can only be hosted in one region.   What are you looking to achieve or gain from having different regions?

Remember that the Dashboard is only for management - your user traffic does not flow through it, so it isn't essential, for most customers, that the hosting is local to the users.

Thank you !

If we can create a dashboard in single region and general settings (time/snmp/maintenance window) can add under each network that also solving my purpose but is there any way to group networks per region for easy management. - top Hierarchy is organization then Networks created in each region may add some label - North America/EMEA/ASPAC so ops management perspective easy search network.

As @GreenMan said, there's no need to create separate organisations.

The dashboard is for management only and any country specific regulatory settings are applied on a per network basis.
