How to Gain Access to Legacy Devices

Hi all,

I have a customer that has a pair of Meraki wireless APs.  I used to have access to them in my Meraki portal but when I went to log in recently they are no longer showing there.  The customer no longer works with the vendor who sold them and they have no idea of who the portal admin is.  So I need to figure out how to get access assigned back to me.

Does anyone know how to go about this?  If I get the serial numbers do I call Cisco and explain the situation?  Is there a way of finding out who the portal admin is?  I'm the guy who is expected to administer these so I need to figure out how to get my access back.

Thanks!

Ben

Kind of a big deal

From my experience, you will not be able to find out who is the owner...

Seems like you have been deleted from anyone.

The only chance may be if you have the organization ID or at least name and ask your Sales / Meraki SE, if they can help you.

But wen have got two MR´s in our storage and are not able to claim them,as they are already. But we don´t know where and who did it.

Sales, SE and support are not allowed to tell us. No chance at all to find out.
