Dashboard page difficulties

I'm not sure if I am the only one but since today I have some different issues reaching the dashboard.

Not sure if it has anything to do with yesterday.

If I use google chrome I can login with a normal dashboard user (support account).

But if I attempt to login using my personal user that has 2FA with SMS I can't get in.  The SMS arrives but the page just hangs after pressing Log In.  It keeps loading forever.

If I use Internet explorer I can login using the 2FA account but I cannot get to the cases new version page anymore.  I just get the Meraki sidebar and that's it.  And I can't revert to old style because well the page doesn't load.

I haven't had issues with it.

Just to double check have you used the incognito tab to test?

Also possibly flush DNS on your local machine.

Try accessing from a different computer possibly with a different ISP/public IP.

I did all of that.

Yesterday afternoon it seemed to be working again 🙂
