Dashboard Issues

@pratikvyas , I'm still seeing issues all over the place.  At the moment, I can't edit layer 3 firewall rules and save them.

I have been getting the odd 500 error logging into the Dashboard as well.

 

 

If it is still happening in another 24 hours I'll open a support case.

 

I assume this is related to the Amazon AWS outages, and we should just wait for them to clear first?

hi @PhilipDAth - yep - defo AWS outage related.  it was announced in the new Service Notices section

I've had a day of AWS related issues with many of the cloud based systems we use.

Hi @PhilipDAth,

 

Yeah, we had some reports of that and it has been resolved since. I don't have enough information to validate that outage to be related to the AWS one, however, a case with Meraki Support would help you get some further clarification if you prefer.
