Create new Organisation in new dashboard experience with Cisco ID enabled not possible

Hi all,

I need to create a new organisation in Meraki dashboard. My email is already registered in another organisation. that works fine. For that email address login with Cisco Signle Sign on is enabled. And I have the new Dashboard experience from June 2022 enabled.

The normal way of adding a new account and creating a new organisation is not working as the password is not accepted (it is correct, but it is the Cisco ID password). And there is no option to go back to the old dashboard either.

Any idea what could be done?

You need to talk to support if you are having issues accessing / setting up an organisation.
