Authentication with a certificate Anyconnect VPN

Hello, I need to sign a certificate for security.

I try with a self-signed certificate but it doesn't work, does anyone know how can I do this?

I have been researching which entity would sign the certificate but all are required to verify the domain and since it is given by the Meraki Router I don't know if is possible.

This is what I've been trying to do.
