Access to customer dashboards using Cisco DUO

Hi folks,

I'd like to know if (and if so, how) Cisco can act as IDP to provide SSO to customer organizations to both internal employees (using the individual's CEC) and external users (via CCO).

There is an ask for an MSP for which my organization provides managed services to enable SSO in order to access their customers' dashboards.

Should I funnel this request directly through Cisco IT?

Thanks everyone in advance!

I have never heard about using CCO to log in on Meraki Dashboard. Maybe the best option is to open a case with Meraki.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

Yes, I'll most likely go down that path...

If you want to use a "Cisco" account with the Meraki dashboard, you need to use Cisco SecureX.  That is the closest.

You mention Duo, so I'm not sure exactly what you are referring to here when you say "Cisco" account.  A common configuration for MSPs is to use Cisco DUO SAML authentication, and that allows you to authenticate against all of your Meraki customers.

But will not use my Cisco credential right? I need to register for a Cisco SecureX Sign-On account.
