Thanks, but certifications and the Meraki Community account history are minor to me. What about the case history in My Devices, the Cisco Commerce Subscriptions & Services, Cisco Software Central...? As convoluted as it is, because everything should be under one portal and it's not, at least it's there. Adding more confusion to the mix is not what I'm looking for.
My only issue is that at one point in the future I may stop renewing the old domain name and so I will stop receiving emails sent to that address. Then I will have no choice. But hey, maybe by then Cisco will finally get their act together and I will be able to just simply change my email address, like I have done in the dozens of other sites where I have an account, right?
