July 1st is International Joke Day, a day to celebrate laughter and revel in the humor that brings us all closer together. They say laughter is the best medicine, and for good reason! Research has shown it increases oxygen to the heart, lungs, and muscles; not to mention it increases endorphins, which improve your mood and reduce physical pain.
I think we all could use a little more joy and fun in our lives, and what better way to tickle your funny bone than by engaging in a joke contest?
This year, in honor of International Joke Day, let’s hear your best, most laugh-worthy (or cringe inducing!) IT or networking jokes. And don’t forget visual humor—comics count, too!
How to enter
Share your IT or networking related joke in a comment on this blog post before 9:59am EST on Friday, July 7th. Just remember to stick to the community guidelines: Keep it clean and in good taste! No political, religious, or otherwise offensive jokes please. (Probably goes without saying, but just in case!)
How to win
Once submissions close at 9:59am EST on July 7th, we select three entries at random to win a Cisco Meraki polo.
