Barracuda Firewall Admin 9.0 in the main office and have installed Cisco Meraki MX75 in the branch

I am currently utilizing Barracuda Firewall Admin 9.0 in the main office and have installed Cisco Meraki MX75 in the branch office. While the internet and VPN are functioning properly, the site to site is not working. Consequently, the IP phone is not operating as well. How should I set this up?

You can create Site-to-site VPN tunnels between a Security Appliance or a Teleworker Gateway and a Non-Meraki VPN endpoint device under the Non-Meraki VPN peers section on the Security & SD-WAN > Configure > Site-to-site VPN page.
