Auto VPN Problem | Not Connecting to VMx

Hi Cisco Meraki Community Team,

Good day!

Encountering this weird problem with my 1 MX64 Appliance.

Even thought meeting all the rules to connect to the VMx for the VPN access.

Still it is disconnected.

Any idea on how to resolved this please?

The tunnel will stay disconnected until there is traffic on the tunnel. Can you generate some traffic with a ping and see if the tunnel goes up?

Try configuring manual NAT traversal in AutoVPN on the VMX, and make sure you create an AWS security group rule to allow that traffic in from the Internet.

This has been resolved.

I configured it to Manual for forwarding.
