MG21 Blue Led

Hi,

What does blue led mean with a MG21? I have the SIM installed but its not showing in the dashboard and i see a blue LED?

I have not used one yet, but according to the install guide, there is no blue led status.

Does the MG have a signal? Is it connected? Maybe the SIM has a PIN ?
