MG devices not appearing on Topology or Clients screens

We have recently added 206 x MG21E devices to our Meraki Networks.

But they don't see to appear on the Network-Wide > Monitor > Topology screen. It just shows as a diamond icon with the MAC address and port, but doesn't recognise it as a Meraki device. They also don't show up under the Health section next to Switches or Wireless under the Network-Wide > Monitor > Clients screen.

Does anyone know how to get the MG devices appearing on these screens?

Currently, this isn't supported. It would be a feature enhancement request.

I thought this would be a standard feature that Meraki would implement before bringing the MG products to market. Every product Meraki makes should appear correctly in the portal. Looks like they dropped the ball on the MG devices.

Also, the only reason we purchased these MG devices over other vendors was the ability to see them via the Meraki portal, which we also use for our MR WAPs. Looks like we were mistaken.

How do I go about raising an Enhancement Request with Meraki?

@RobertGardner I second your request, that does seem somewhat of a mistake!
