Internet Use Time Limit per User
Trying to limit users on public wifi internet, to 1 hour per session. Is this possible with the Meraki devices?

Unfortunately no, there is no way to limit per hour natively in Meraki. You need a third-party solution.
Unless you are using Billing, then it is possible.

Building on @alemabrahao answer, "fast pre-paid billing" is also popular. There is no actual billing involved with this model. What you can do is print out (say) 100 passcodes. Anytime someone wants access you give them a passcode, and it is good for however long you specify.
