I wanted just know how can I configure and create zones (DMZ, Server, LAN) and Dynamic VLAN configuration on a Meraki MX250 ?

With Meraki, there's nothing like a concept of "Zones" - like those you would find on Firepower.

What exactly are you trying to achieve?
