I am having this issue as well, when set to WPA 3 Transition mode and only 6 Ghz selected, SSID is not broadcasted when 5 Ghz selected SSID broadcasts and I can connect to only 5 Ghz (my laptop does support 6 Ghz)   If I set it to WPA3 only and 6 Ghz only I can see the SSID broadcasted and can connect on 6 Ghz ... This is what confused me, this is one of the client with the high latency issue - the peak is around 700 ms 2.35 pm today       Now for the AP the client was connected to, the latency around the same time is much lower. Health status for the AP where users have high latency is good, this is the confusing bit to me, latency from AP is good where as latency from client is high.   I suspect issue is probably due to number of devices connected, however in my opinion 30 people connected to an AP isnt classed as high. ... answer you your questions   How many SSIDs are configured on the AP's? 3 SSID - 1 Corporate SSID on 5Ghz and 2 SSID's on 2.4 Ghz - all laptops with latency issue connect to the 5Ghz band Do all of the clients experience the same issue on all of the SSIDs? - so far only 4 people have mentioned it, so can assume others may experience some issue but not said anything  Is there any common denominator between the clients? (perhaps same laptop with same wireless adapter driver) Laptops are Thinkpads - around 2 years old either running the Intel AX201 or AX211 wireless chipset Is there a Mac device that experience the issue? It would be great to check the RSSI, Noise, TX Rate and MCS index. The issue is the old laptops have the Intel AX201 chipset which does not support 6 Ghz and the newer laptop have the newer AX211 chipset which supports 6Ghz. This is  a 50/50 split of laptops   We use a single SSID for corpoate wireless, which uses ISE RADIUS for authentication. From my understanding in order to allow both laptops to connect we need WPA 3 transition mode enabled - so the newer laptops connect on the 6Ghz and older on the 5Ghz (we dont use 2.4 Ghz) ... replying to an old thread.   In our HQ where we have a plethora of MR56 we had same issue where as laptops were connecting to access points furthest away rather than the one close by.  Users were complaining Teams calls were dropping and general poor wireless performance   I created a RF profile using the Open office template and set the maximum transmit power to 3 dbm and client balacing disabled.
