Hi, We have cuts in VoIP. We have MX64 and MX84 in our offices. We have Cisco Call Manager. We suffer a lot of cuts in calls, provider that configure Call Manager has testing all and they have found a lot of icmp traffic from all MXs to Call Manager. I have a doubt, is it a normal behavior that MXs send a lot of icmp traffic against Call Manager servers? Any idea is welcome 🙂

Hi, We have a new switch, MS225-48LP with Firmware MS 11.22. Its fan is always working at high speed, and make a lot of noise. Does somebody has this error? In logs don't appear any temperature error, and temperature rack is 23 Celsius degrees.

I have a replacement switch. The Clone option doesn't appear, I think is because the switch belong to a network that is binding to a template. Is it possible to clone a switch that belong to a network binding to a template? Any idea is welcome 🙂

Thanks for the quickly answer Philip. I'm authenticating using PEAP and MSCHAPv2 and works in windows computers thar are in our windows domain, they have our certificate generate with our windows CA in our DC. But my problem is with windows providers's computers, consultants..., that I can't install anything in their computers, or they don't have permission to install anything. I can't install our certificate. Is it possible that work with something like appear a warning error by certificate accept and go into the wifi?, as it is working with IOS and android devices. Maybe I have to use a public certificate, but my windows domain is xxxx.org, it isn't public, I think I can't have a public certificate for my DC like server01.xxx.org. Sorry if I tell something wrong, but the certificate world it is a new subject for me 🙂

I am using my DC as a NPS Microsoft RADIUS server for wireless authentication. I was having problems with computers that are not able to join a domain (Windows 7 Home Edition) to join using a valid AD account and password, I can't authenticate this devices unless these devices belong to the windows domain. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi DougieChef, to implement a DHCP relay it is easy, in menu Security Appliance in DHCP in Client Addressing select "Relay DHCP to another server" option, and in the box below you write your DHCP server IP. P.d.: apologize for my english, I'm spanish and I'm learnig english lenguage : )

Good morning, First I apologize for my english, I'm studying english currently, sorry if I write something wrong. Currently I'm working in Equipo IVI, head quarter of IVI, it is an Assisted Reproduction group with more than 70 clinics in 13 countries.
