Wireless client issue

Hi All,

I need an help on below 2 points. 

1) Need to reduce one of the AP coverage as i have deployed 2 AP where one AP served most clients and rest one hardly 3-4 clients. 

2) Configure splash page for wireless users to connect but here im facing an issue where clients gets connected and able to connect to internet but on user machine it shows globe sign instead of wifi connected logo.

For a second I no sure with it's a Meraki issue. Clients are able to access the internet? They are able to log in with the credentials?

Just review your network configurations. By the way if you create an SSID open, without any security Is the result the same?

Thank you for sharing the details.

Regarding point 2, Yes user are able to access internet and SSID is not open. Tried by upgrading the client network adapter also.

Any other possibilities causing this issue ?
