Web Browsing Stops - Cannot Ping Default Gateway. Zoom and RDP keep working

I am having a very frustrating problem.  Everyone once in a while - maybe daily web browsing will stop working on my laptop and I will be unable to ping my default gateway(timeout).  At the same time if I am on a zoom or in a remote desktop session neither of these will stop working.

 

If I run a ping -t everything will return to normal after about a minute or two(to me it seems to be the time that it would take for a access point to restart).  There is no indication that anything is wrong at all in the dashboard.  In fact it says everything looks perfect.

 

Anyone else experience this?  We are using MR46s.

We need a bit more info on your setup.

WPA2-Enterprise ?

What firmware ?

Anything in Wireless Health ?
