Samsung devices not authorising

Seeing a recurring issue with Samsung devices having issues trying to pay for wifi when connecting to a specific client.

 

They can log in but when attempting to pay their screen freezes. When checking the MAC on the portal seeing that they are not getting authorised on splash.

 

Any ideas?

Try disabling the mac randomization on device.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.
