Add hyperlink for Splash page User consent

Hey, does anyone have experience with adding a hyperlink to a consent message?

I've duplicated the Modern Splash page, but I'm a bit unsure about where in the code I should make the necessary edits.

I can use ChatGPT to generate the HTML, but could someone please guide me on where to place these scripts?

Why wouldn't you use the built-in system for displaying a consent page?

I'd love to but our Acceptable use policy is very long. So it will look very ugly on the main page.
