Linking an MS355 to Dell Force 10 MXL

We are looking to link a stack of MS355s to a pair of Dell Force 10 MXL switches in a blade chassis.

I know it is sold as a stacking cable but has anyone had any luck using the MA-CBL-40G-3M as an uplink cable?

With the Force 10 switches pretty much anything works, but we have some HP 10GbE switches where passive twinax cables just don't connect despite being recognised...

Support have advised that as the stacking cable is simply a standard twinax cable then it should work for normal data port connections (on a Meraki switch) so we're going to try a 1M one that we can temporarily remove from a stack...
