Watch data From port 2 to port 1 Like normal Wan works.

We help work with a small ISP and want to know if there is a way that they can have their tower plugged into port 2 watch all the wireless data usage etc and then go through port 1 to make a connection to the switch/internet. The wan port will only be for Site to Site VPN and Client VPN Access. This way they can see all the usage details of port 2 going through port 1 to the internet.
