Problem with VPN

Hi everyone
I have the following problem, I have an MX84 and from one day to the next the VPN stopped working, I am not sure if it had to do with the fact that you have configured load balancing.
When I try to connect to the VPN I get windows error 789.

Yes, try the video solutions and I still can't connect. I think it is a firewall problem.
