Meraki Bandwidth to cloud

Hi Team, 

we just deploy MX , there is no user using but we can see that , Meraki MX uplink traffic average to 1.5Mbps , 

so i want to ask , how much bandwidth that MX consume for management traffic ?

cuz i worry on customer that has 5Mbps Bandwidth , and use Meraki , they would lost so much bandwidth just for management.

Something else is using the bandwidth (or the measurement is wrong).
