Group policies

I have a report of a user leaving a video streaming service running overnight, using quite a bit of bandwidth.

I see there are policies that can run on a schedule -

Question: If I create a policy that shuts off video streaming at night for this user, what policy will they use when it is outside that policy time range?

You would create a policy for that special user containing the schedule. So basically, it will use the same policy.

If you want more flexibility, you could change the policy programmatically via API, e.g. change to a special one for the non-work hours.

Whatever the default policy would be - which is often the global settings.
