Event alert for Bandwidth utilisation assigned to a group policy.

We have placed a bandwidth restriction in a group policy, how can we view the alerts for when that cap limit has been reached.

Have you checked the alerts page?

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

How can we specify a specific network block to check.

The only option that knows is the smart threshold, but it's just for wireless and with limited options:

So I think you should that you have to think of a third par solution because just with the options on Meraki you are not able to achieve it.
